A four-year-old young lady was purportedly constrained by her instructor to sit on an iron play area slide, which had turned smoldering hot in the early afternoon sun, after the little child urinated inside the class at a tuition based school in Rajahmundry of East Godavari region (Andhra Pradesh), police said on Wednesday.
